Returns
Because pieces are handmade, custom, and personal-wear jewelry, returns are handled case by case. Please contact HoneyWireStudio within 7 days of delivery if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom Orders
Custom orders begin after payment is received. Once work has started, custom pieces are not refundable unless there is an error with the order or the piece arrives damaged.
Shipping Issues
If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send photos right away so the issue can be reviewed.
